It's audio. They are inteview questions with music dispersed. It is centered around Lindsey and seems to be around the time of OOTC. I haven't had a chance to listen thoroughly....I'm at work and get 15 minute breaks.
Track 1 (17:33) Track 2 (13:03) Track 3 (14:26) Go Insane - Roy Thomas Baker Etc. Track 4 (11:26) Leaving the Band ~ Life After Tango, etc. Tracks 5, 6, 7 are sound bites commercials for the show. They are small files 45 seconds long. I like them. I have heard soooo many Stevie interviews, that it is refreshing to hear Lindsey's perspective...some of it is repeat info...some not.
