I may have liked the peep shoulders at first, but not the 20,000th time I've seen them. I mean, to me what's weird about it is not the top itself. I just think it's an odd thing to wear continuously.

Yes, because it's her version of "leggings and T-shirt", when she doesn't know what to wear and doesn't want to dress up she just puts on "leggings and peep-shoulder silk top".
