Did you see the issue about Medicare fraud and Felos?
I haven't read enough about Felos to say yes or no to that.

I don't trust them to transcribe anything properly, so I'm not even going there. Like I said to D, if there are credible links out there, I'd love to read them.
I don't go to sites like that because I would need to shower afterward.

So did I. Why are people who are so hellbent on making us believe in the kingdom of heaven so reluctant to let her go there? This world has got to be hell for her.

Too bad they didn't feel the need to do that on December 12, 2000.

Here's one about Felos that I found particularly disturbing:

http://www.sptimes.com/News/052501/F...d_the_la.shtml

The fact that he takes these cases to find spiritual enlightenment is rather disturbing to me. He's just as much of religious nutjob as the people on the Schindler's side. He actually claims that the spirits of those he represents speak to him. Talk about nucking futs.

While he certainly may not be getting any money form Michael Schiavo at the moment (after already getting almost $400,000 of her $700,000), he's certainly making money off of his notoriety from being so heavily involved in the case. Must be going towards the purchase of new Yoga mats.

I was not aware that they had determined the vote count on this. Obviously, it was denied because they has less than 4 votes to take the case, but I didn't hear that it was unanimous.

He's insane. Just because I agree that the woman should die, it doesn't mean that I find this guy honorable, sane, or worthy of any praise or kind words for fighting this case. He's doing it for all the wrong reasons and I find him to be rather disgusting. Just think, my great state of Massachusetts gave him to the world. *shudder*

Oh, and look at this:

http://www.eaglestalent.com/speaker-...os,speaker.asp

I wonder how much money he's racked up from that little side business of going across the country presenting "The Terri Schiavo Sago – From Family Fight to Constitutional Crisis" to audiences for $15,000.

Kennedy referred the appeal to the other eight justices, who declined to get involved.
