Default 'One Together' from Kiln House

What do fans think of this song? I think it is an absolute lost classic and sounds as good as some of the Beatles best stuff. Everyone talks about Peter Green, but I think Jeremy Spencer was an equally good songwriter in the early days.

Jeremy's performances shine throughout Kiln House which is probably my favorite FM album.

Here is a quote from fmlegacy.com's bio of Jeremy Spencer regarding this song:

"During this early 70's period, it was becoming more and more apparent that Jeremy was not happy in the lifestyle he was immersed in and was trying to 'find himself'. Like everyone else around Jeremy at the time, Mick Fleetwood noticed the change in the young guitarist and suggested that he write a song about he felt. The result was a track called 'One Together' which can be heard on The Mac's Kiln House album."

The entire bio is at this link: http://www.fmlegacy.com/Bios/biojeremy.html

I think it's a great song. It's been one of my favorites since the first time I heard it. (Which wasn't until 1989!)

'One together' is indeed a great song. I first heard it around 1981 and it is my favourite Kiln House track.
Jeremy (happy birthday by the way): thank you very much for this song!
Also thanks for 'Blood on the floor', 'I have to laugh', all the Elmore James/Homesick James/Otis Rush stuff!

And, if you are reading this: what is your favourite Elmore James song?

"The Sun is Shing" and "The Sky is Crying". It's hard to coose between the two. Thank you for appreciating 'One Together', and thank you for the birthday greeting.

Thank you, my favourites are 'Something inside (of) me' (the long version) and 'I need you'.
You performed them both with Fleetwood Mac, actually you did 'I need you' at the FM's very first gig...

Yes, "One Together" is a highlight of Kiln House. I like how Jeremy transitioned from the blues to a more folk rock style. Kiln House is an underated album.

I was friends with a woman who was much older than me. When she found out that I was a Fleetwood Mac fan, much to my surprise she mentioned how much she liked the Kiln House album!

She was a late-age teenager when that album came out. It was the favored album of her and friends when they were getting stoned.
