But enough of that. Still no one has posted anything Lindsey was asked and what he said. This is just a rehash of emotions why Lindsey was fired.

Could someone at the next Meet and Greet PLEASE ask Lindsey to consider putting Countdown on his set list?

What question was asked and what did he say?
Why is this not in the Lindsey forum?
That's the thing. No one's quoted him. There's no context. This is the same man who just a few years ago said he "doesn't remember" kicking Stevie on stage in New Zealand. Shady. Id have to hear him say it at this point. We'll see if he actually goes on Howard Stern. You know they've been blowing up his phone.

There will be definite cross blame for years to come in this fandom. "It was Stevie's doing, she ruined everything." "Lindsey deserved it for all the crap she had to put up with over the years." "He should have just accepted the bands terms." "Stevie should have just gotten on with the show and dealt with it or left if there was that big a problem."

If you ask me, I think both played a part. Clearly, I'm sure, Lindsey prefers his own material to that of someone else's (rightly so) and probably didn't want to litter the set with pre-75 stuff (stuff more than likely that would be replacing his songs and not Chris or Stevie's), and Stevie likely put her foot down about the bickering and his controlling nature which I'm sure exists in some fashion and probably gave the ultimatum that likely occurred ("I can't take it anymore, it's him or me"). As much as they elevate each other musically, they tear each other down emotionally.
I'll believe it when I hear him say it.

Someone posts that they firsthand talked to LB face to face (elle) and he said it was Stevie, and you b*tch the comment is in the wrong place, then say you won't believe anything until you hear LB say it.

Denial ain't just a river in Egypt.

Should she compromise? It seems to me Stevie has done an swful lot of compromising over the last 40 years. LB not so much. There comes a point...

In a band setting, I think its only fair every body compromise to make things work and balance. If the scales are uneven, nobody really wins.

Actually, it was the first and only person he mentioned, as far as I could listen. We heard 'Stevie' and we all started looking at each other, because he was finally talking. Then we kept quiet just to hear the rest. How she didn't think about FM legacy.

Lots of denial around this thread.

This is in no way in the wrong forum You might want to take a look at all the threads in this forum about the post rumors lineup why are they here??? I started this thread specifically about a topic relating to the rumors lineup this has nothing to do with what he played at his solo show got it?

No, there are no denials on the board just vague references. I agree 100% that Stevie fired Lindsey. I said it right away even before most people on this board said so. What is frustrating is this thread. Your post is even more vague. We don't know any context what was said. What exactly was asked to Lindsey? What was his response?
I know Stevie fired Lindsey. But the phrase "it was all Stevie" did not come from Lindsey's mouth. People want to make claims they cant back up. I will meet Lindsey and ask direct questions instead of this vague crap. "We all heard Stevie" LMAO What is the context of hearing one word. Its like pulling teeth on this thread. 42 posts and still no answers WHAT was asked and WHAT Lindsey said.

Thumbs down

This thread is about Lindsey said something to someone at his solo show meet and greet. It's just another big game of telephone, doesn't belong in this forum and by being here is just a premise to throw more digs at Stevie. Boo.
