Hmmm. I have a good quality DVD of this show but I'm wondering if I should download it and see if it's clearer than the one I have.

Another Stevie show upped on 12/27 to easytree:

Stevie Nicks (with Special Guest Sheryl Crow)
Trouble In Shangri La Tour
07.14.01 Tweeter Center, Mansfield, MA

AUD Recording Trade CD-R (Unknown Source or Gen) > EAC > FLAC

Nice sounding AUD recording with bearable crowd noise, especially for a Stevie show. There are a few minor errors that have been notated on the track listing. These errors were on my copies that I received in trade.

Everyone involved seems to be havin' a blast and Stevie is in good form. Sheryl Crow, co-producer on the TISL disc, is the special guest this evening and they play a few of her tunes as well.

Easytree

I have a ton of Aerosmith recordings, And while the overall sound is light years better than the FM recordings, They are almost all ruined by being MP3'd.

Anyway, I have a bunch of upgrades of Fleetwood Mac/Stevie Nicks I would like to trade to someone in the very near future, In hopes that they would be listed on torrent so everyone can share.

I dont really have a lot of MP3 shows.. maybe 6 in all of the 230 boots i own. Including Fmac...... I really dont put concerts on CD that other people have posted on their websites..... There really is only one exception to that is Boston shows. They are a rare find. Although I only have 1 or 2.
I have a lot of aerosmith shows (well a few not "A lot" ) From 1997 on to 2004 and most of them are a B-to A- sound and were at one time MP3. I even have shows that were once mp3 them they were uploaded and edited to get rid of gaps..... The guy told me about this show (this was when I was new to trading and did know if mp3 made a difference) and I wanted it anyways.... O well my loss.
But I am greatful that I have a bunch of FM shows (MP3 or not) I dont even have a quarter of Boston shows and thats really what I want. I know a guy who has every boston recording known to man.... but he sells them and is a slow trader (I'v traded w/ him).
The only reason I put MP3's on my site is for pleasure not business. I frown apon people trading them..... YOU NEED TO LET PPL KNOW IT IS MP3.
I dont like mp3 shows..... but I host them on my site... does that make me a hipocryt? LOL

all the warnings on a website to not "download or alter a recording from the original format to a MP3 recording" and still some f-tard will do exactly that.

I know alot of tapers who have uncirculated FM shows who refuse to circulate 'em because of what I have mentioned above, They want their original format to remain unchanged (ie-The taper of the infamous Buffalo 2003 ALD contacted me and asked how I received the show when it was to not be circulated, And why it was now MP3'd....After a lengthy back-and-forth conversation he realized that one of the individuals he gave this show too did not follow his directions to "not share it", But this was after it was already listed online to be downloaded.)

Btw, I dont think you're a hypocrite...

And you right.... I really don't know what version of the buffalo show I have.... Although its an awesome show... It would be better if there was a better sounding one out there..... I traded for it... I don't Know. I really don't even care anymore..... I think you might like a thread I am going to post in a minute about torrent hosting.....

LOL! Yes, aboslutelly right! I hate mp3s and I would never download one, , because mp3s are evil! Oh, btw, is there anyone who wants o download the Sioux City mp3s here: http://www.fmp3.de/Various/SOTD.htm ? Hmmmm....maybe the wrong thread for mp3 adverts!
I don't understand the whole trouble about mp3 converting! I work like 60 hours a week and I don't have time to trade bootlegs and download too many bittorrents, so do a lot of other people! The first thing I do with bittorent files is converting them to mp3 to listen to them on my computer, because I also don't have the money to burn it all on CD! But I wouldn't trade mp3s, it is just that downloading mp3s is the easiest way for all of us to get the files, even when they sound a little bit worse than the wave of flac files!
