That was probably Cozy.

I vaguely know Neil Murray and was speaking with him in the summer of 1999 or 2000 (shortly after he finished working with PGSG) and he thoroughly enjoyed it...and incidentally said that he'd been a Fleetwood Mac fan as a teenager. He said working with Peter did have its challanges, he didn't give any real details but he did say that Peter's condition meant that everyone had to put that bit much more effort in...but that it was worth it and he really liked working with Peter and the Splinter Group. Neil certainly never suggested Peter was 'vegetative'. I don't really remember why Neil left but I got the impression it was due to pressure of work elsewhere rather than because he wanted to stop working with Peter. The Spliter Group was starting to tour and record regularly and Neil is a busy bloke!
