Default Favourite Lindsey instrumental

Hi everybody!

What's your favourite Lindsey instrumental piece? They're all brilliant, but my favourite has to be Django. It's awesome.

(Instrumental Intro. to This Is The Time is a close second. A fantastic piece.)

What's yours???

Too true seteca,

Django is the best, so far at least.

Cool WOOHOO!!

My favorite is the intro to This is the Time! That one and Django both have a Spanish/medieval sound to them!! Django is 2nd fave!! I LOVE the intro to Don't Look Down too!! DOH, too many GREAT ones!! I love hearing him do This Nearly Was Mine live, it so FAST in the middle!!!

I picked "Wild California" because I used it for a class wherein I did a "documentary" about a site at our school that my friends and I used to hang around (until we graduated); the green box. The song intertwined beautifully, and the editor/director/producer of the film *COUGH* did an excellent job of editing the interviews and making the overall feel of the documentary very light hearted and funny.

Default No Question - Stephanie

I believe "Stephanie" is the most beautiful song Lindsey's ever written.

Default DEFINITLY

Stephane. It's Beautiful. Django is too short and I'm too big on that whole spanish thing. Stephanie is PURE magic.

I'm assuming that these are just Lindsey's instrumental PERFORMANCES.

We DO know that Lindsey didn't WRITE "Django", right? (if so, just to be redundant) It was written by legendary jazz pianist John Lewis of the "Modern Jazz Quartet".

My vote went to the intro to "Don't Look Down". Probably has something to do with the melody being EXTREMELY similar to those that blasted from those gritty speakers atop the Good Humor ice cream trucks that used to cruise through the neighborhood back in the 50's & '60's.

Well, it was close, but I went for This Nearly Was Mine... I adore Stephanie, but the former holds too many sentimental reasons for me in that it reminds me of my grandparents.

Actually, "Book Of Miracles" is credited to both Stevie and Lindsey.
