Over and Over demo

Hello -
This is my first time posting here actually so I feel bad that I'm asking for something (I always feel awkward on forums).

My demo of Over and Over got deleted off my computer - the one where Chris tells Mick "don't get too f****** fancy". I don't suppose anyone has it and could share it?

Once again, sorry for asking for something with my first post, and sorry if this is in the wrong place.

Not related at all to your request, but I just have to ask... is your screenname a nod to the Donna Lewis song of the same name?

I freaking *LOVE* that song!!!

And welcome to the Ledge, by the way. Over & Over is one of my very fav Christine songs. The only demo I have of Over & Over is the one on the expanded/remastered Tusk.

Well it's actually a reference to Kate Bush's first album. Why I'm using it on a Fleetwood Mac board, I'll never know (probably because it's my e-mail, so it was most likely the first thing to come to mind). I do really love the Donna Lewis song too, though!

Thank you for the welcome, too (that sounded odd...). Over and Over is one of my favorite Chris songs, too. I love them all though. She's my favorite member of the band, I think.

Oh, and on another note - I just realized that I don't have the MP3 of Chris singing Rhiannon anymore, either. I had these at one point, but a few folders of music accidentally got deleted off my computer recently so they're gone.
As I said before, I feel bad asking for things, but could I put that on my wanted list too?

I just checked and I still have her doing Gypsy. I don't have her doing Gold Dust Woman anymore though, so I need that...

I feel so greedy asking for so many things (okay 3, but it seems like a lot when you're asking...).

Why did it have to be the Chris songs that got deleted?! Bah.

Me too. And it's actually one of the few songs, that I prefer the live version(off of the 1980 Live CD), to the original. The buildup at the end, is orgasmic!

That's exactly the way I'd describe it, too! I'll never forget the first time I heard the Live '80 version of Over & Over... I was shocked at how it really heated up to a boil at the end! One of my all time fav Mac songs... live or studio!

Chris would sing Stevie's songs when Stevie wasn't there for rehearsal for whatever reason. I think Stevie skipped lots of album recording sessions and concert rehearsals because she didn't have an instrument to tune, or instrumental parts to work out, etc.

..so that's why there not many demos of Stevie singing Chris songs
