Talking AMA Flashbacks...lots of FM
I was very happy to see alot of video of Fleetwood Mac recieving awards tonight...I also saw Christine handing out an award...

Can someone explain a bit more about the idea of having the flashbacks? I don't think we get those Awards in Australia (in fact AMA stands for Australian Medical Association lol - not top-billed viewing exactly).

Or was it part of a montage of various past winners?

I didn't watch last night's show, but I do have a little snippet on a tape somewhere of Christine & Mick presenting an award to Michael Jackson of all people. That would have been around 1992 or 1993 and it looked like it was from an AMA show. I don't know if that's the footage that they showed last night, though.

when was this on?!?!?! how come noone posted a thread about it!!!!??? What channel and time??? I have watched the AMA and Grammy's for years hoping to get a clip here and there with them but nothing. Oh Well.

Hopefully we will see them receive plenty of awards in 2003/2004.


(It's funny, in 2000 I said that hopefully LB will receive awards in 2000/2001, in 2001 I hoped he would receive awards in 2001/2002, and last year I was so sure that FM would have the honour in 2002/2003!!! )

My friend taped them for me, thank GOD. I didn't even know they were showing clips! How cool!

That was the show where Lindsey got really smashed and tripped right? In 1977-78? I always wanted to see that!!!!
