My mom always sang "Is it all that hard, is it all that tough, Well i've showed you.. Oh my God!, now isn't that enough?" in Talk To Me. Until I told her the actual lyric and pointed out that what she was singing made zero sense.
And she always thought it was "I went forth with an angel, and the desire to please" in Edge. And she sang "liars go through the fog" in Angel.
I also heard "She was just a witch" in Gypsy when I was little.
My little brothers still sing "Stop Draggin' My Cart Around", whatever that means.

and they used to think she was saying "Take from me my legs", in Leather & Lace, which I can actually hear when I listen for it. Poor paraplegic Stevie! lol

LOL, until just now I always thought it was "which chord shall I play'....when I was a little kid I always thought Edge was "just like the one winger," whatever the heck that is.

And the one that might be my worst misheard lyric EVER was Reconsider Me. When I was a teenager, that song used to get played at the grocery store I worked at all the time. The internet wasn't the most easily accessible and searchable place that it is now back in 1997, and I remember posting to the FM usenet group a song which I thought sounded like the Mac but didn't know the name or much about it...and the lyrics were something like "Free Godzilla please, free Godzilla!" I caused quite a few laughs with that one...
