What song would you most like to see Christine perform in London?
I don't think there is a poll for this, and I have never posted a poll before. Obviously, it's looking very likely that Christine will perform in London. She'll most likely play the encores: her songs World Turning and Don't Stop. She'll announce she's a little rusty and hopefully will tease Stevie by saying at least she can get the lyrics right now.
First off, we are very appreciative that Chris is considering a performance with the band again. That in and of itself is amazing. But after all these years, if there is a slight chance an additional Christine song is added to the setlist, what would you most like to see her perform (in person or on YouTube)?? Well, I would never have said this before the commercial came out, but I'm going to have to go with Everywhere, just because I think the crowd's reaction will be beyond amazing. I feel they will go especially crazy. Chill bumps. Sorry, Chris. We don't say goose flesh over here.
I think Don't Stop is a given, whether we want it or not. So, we just have to hope for what we might get in addition to Don't Stop. Michele |

I went with Songbird. To me the show is not quite over until they play that song. Maybe I'm being nostalgic.

Songbird would be the easiest to add because if the band is lazy, jetlagged or senile, they wouldn't even have to participate. Just wheel out her piano at the end of the regular set and voila!
She could be practicing it for weeks before they got to London to brush up. No group rehearsals necessary. Michele |

I went for SYLM. It's just my favourite of hers. I'd love to hear the three of them singing harmonies, and the five lined up at the front of the stage as they did on The Dance tour.

Oh Daddy is probably my favorite Christine song of all time, so I hope it's in the setlist. I highly doubt it, but it would be wonderful nonetheless.

I'd love "Songbird", but I don't think that's enough as it's a solo performance by Christine and I'd like to see her perform with the band.

I went with You Make Loving Fun, but I change my mind, realizing she'd probably only want to come out for the encores.. World Turning, Don't Stop, the piano on Silver Springs.. and then leave.

Over My Head.
I know Don't Stop is maybe THE song she will perform, but another song would be good!! I think SYLM and YMLF have more possibilities. Regards! |

It would have been a dream to see Stevie, Lindsey and Christine singing Little Lies with all those layers in their voices. sigh...and then followed maybe by just one slow Chris song. Perhaps Songbird.

She'll never do a pre-75 song which is what I'd want most. "Never Forget" could be really sweet too. I went with "You Make Loving Fun" out of the options here. "Little Lies" would be nice too, and I did like how "Everywhere" sounded live better than on the record.

I started quoting replies, but then realized I agreed with every reply on this thread!
I'd most like to hear "Oh Daddy". It's one of my favorite Christine-Mac song, and it hasn't been ran into the ground like YMLF and her more popular songs. My second choice would be SYLM, as done on the Dance tour. |
