Ahaha, I love Abbey Road, the White Album and Rubber Soul but never listen to Sgt Pepper's. I'm the worst Beatles fan ever

Haha. No you're not. I only really got into them in the first place because my Dad is a huge fan. He has all the CDs (even the new remastered boxset) and so I'd listen to those when I was little. He raised me on good music. In fact I probably got my taste in music from him, although I'm not obsessed by Elvis like he is. And he likes Fleetwood Mac but he could never be a confirmed Penguin Head like I am

In keeping with my mood for picture songs, im listening to PICTURES OF YOU by the CURE. Another favorite

Gahh!! I really think this girl has the potential to be the new Stevie Nicks! I hope she gets off the ground here in the US, apparently she has a bit of following in the UK. They play her on the radio here in Austin some, and I think she's just fantastic.

Funny, my classmate who put me on to Lissie said exactly the same thing! I don't know much of her music but I love what I've heard so far, and I can definitely see why the comparison is made.

I can't stop listening to this version! I can't believe how good she is. I knew she could sing (Bette Davis Eyes is great) but this kicks ass!

I adore Grace Slick. I even love her artwork, despite how trippy it is

At the moment I'm having a Chiffonhead evening so pretty much Stevie Nicks all the way through

Cocaine is a helluva drug.

I wonder who directed this? Almost seems like an early Zbigniew Rybczynski.
