The lyric booklet will reveal all. I expect I was wrong about the apostrophe though...

It takes a masterful songwriter to pull off what she did in that song
I have to agree that was a bit naughty of Chris but I love that it's really -you- who makes it naughty, she's just talking about condiments! lol.
I love it.

There's a brilliance to it that goes over most people's heads.

Exactly! It takes a very special mind to understand a fellow one.

Re. In My World verse 2:

Fare farewell
Liberty
Maybe we're lost
Without the cost
Of who we used to be

- I'm pretty sure it's 'Farewell Velveteen', not 'Liberty', which obviously carries connotations withn the band... I wonder when Lindsey wrote the lyrics?

Velveteen is a cloth made in imitation of velvet.

I was also considering the "YOU'RE honey in my tea" and trying to make it tie in with that.

Of course having inadvertently written a song for Bill Clinton before now, the line "Your jam it tastes the sweetest to me" could easily be about Monica Lewinsky...

Ah it's the sequel to Everybody Finds Out.

Imagine paying $1000 to hear "Don't Dream It's Over" instead of "Go Your Own Way"

Fleetwood Mac helped me through a time of heartbreak. 12 years later, they broke my heart.

On "Feel About You," I hear:

"Your candy tastes the sweetest to me."

I think it's more of a tea and crumpets imagery, but what magnets and steel have to do with that I don't know. so you might be quite correct.

You're all quite right, of course, it is 'Liberty', not 'veleveteen'. My ears failed me. That's what comes of too many front rows at Rolling Stones concerts!

Move along, nothing to see here...

Who has truncated this thread and why? I put the Red Sun lyrics in here a couple days ago and now nothing after May 5th is showing.

It looks like quite a few threads across a number of forums have jumped back a few days. It doesn't seem to be all threads as quite a few are still showing 'yesterday' as post dates. However, there do seem to be quite a few that have been lost. Is The Ledge under a cyber-attack?
