maybe you should refrain from posting passive aggressive comments where people can see it.

I will offer one small bit of advice, even though I know you didn't ask for it - after this blows over, in future, avoid doing the out-loud passive-aggressive thing on the Internet (or in person, for that matter). It always, always backfires. Be the bigger person. You'll feel better about things when you are, even when those things are ****ty, you know?

I have the most adorable students in the entire world. I want to miniaturize them and carry them around in my purse all day. JTIS.

It was officially announced today:

My old Robert Pollard tribute band is now backing Robert Pollard. We had great practice last night that went much better than I had expected. Here's a pic .

We have a gig on 7/9 at Dayton's storied Canal Street Tavern.

I pounce on every possible opportunity, however remote, to post it because it makes me giggle every time.

And by "Emergency Room," I mean the actual Emergency Room and not, like, some secret code name for our Underground Lair of Supervillainy (cos that's already got a name - it's...the Underground Lair of Supervillainy. I know, right? So clever is me!), because I'm pretty sure that between steps 1 & 5, I will have managed to fall down some stairs, run into a wall, or (the most probable) get bitten by the little kid when we steal his trike, cos I'm about as graceful as a blind squid in a burlap sack (which is to say "not at all" - not sure if that analogy fits, but I've already committed to it so we'll pretend it made sense) and will most likely need medical attention.

See, I have it all planned out, down to the smallest detail. It's foolproof! Bwahahaha!
Muahahahaaa, eeeexcellent.

On the subject of the sliced thumb, I just spent about 5 minutes looking for the slice not being able to find it on either thumb... it was on the other side

Okay so yesterday was SOOOO bad. I cried so much yesterday I had like a perment headache. Then, Ashley called me this morning and I had THE worst headache ever. So she came to my house well she went to "get gas" lol and gave me tylenol and she also made me iced tea and gave me pita chips(for my hummus) and a granola bar. Cuz I had a tummy ache. She stayed at my house for 40 minutes. And it was amazing and made me feel SO much better. Now we are trying to find a loop hole in her moms rules lol Cuz she said that I couldnt go over her house and that ashley couldnt come to my house. BUUUUT she never said that we couldnt be at the mall.

Tax return came.

Immediately went out to find my PS3 so I can finally play God of War 3. OMG. I am a total GoW whore and I have been waiting. so. long. for 3 to come out. And then it did, on the 16th, but I was broke, so I had to wait for the refund. And then every time I went or looked anywhere, there was Kratos staring at me from the Slurpee machine at the 7-11 (which, btw, try the Kratos' Fury Slurpee - it is delicious) or from a commercial on the TV or on walls of adverts at the GameStop.

First two stores I went to had the game but no consoles. Third store had consoles but no game. WTF.

But now all is well, because I grabbed the console and then went BACK to the other store to get the game, and now I am all set, and it's sitting there looking so shiny and I need the children to get out, because I need me some alone time with Kratos on the 50" 1080p plasma with the Bose sound system.

And by "alone time," I mean exactly what you think I mean.

I'm going to LA in two weeks and got an email today that my request for tickets for Jay Leno came through. I'm not a big Leno fan, but when in LA....

I'm wondering if anyone here has ever been to a taping of Leno? I can't wait to find out who the guests are. I went to a taping of The View and Jon Stewart years back and it was a lot of fun to be in a live audience. But for some reason this seems so much grander to me!

Also, I haven't been out to LA in 20 years, so if anyone knows of any places that are a must see, and aren't locales where I could get arrested for stalking and trespassing (like some band members homes...hehe), let me know!
