Uh-oh. That virus is still affecting concert schedules. Luckily, Stevie already did her Los Angeles show. Were any of you scheduled to go to San Francisco (with or without flowers in your hair)?

How come she isn't doing outdoor venues like she did last fall?

Early spring dates not ideal for outdoor shows is my guess. But I am surprised as well. Some shed markets aren’t even available until May/June. It made sense to book a tour between BJ dates.

She could have done MLB stadiums, no?

Interesting. What were her sales in Seattle and Vegas? 18,000 - 20,000?

Absolutely not. Look at her current sales at arenas. Some of the worst-selling concerts I’ve seen in a while.

For example, look at Ticketmaster for her upcoming show in Atlanta. Wide swaths of unsold tickets. And it’s even worse than it appears on TM, which seems to be holding back every other row of tickets in many sections, something I’ve never seen before. Possibly to make it look like there’s more demand for the show than there actually is.

If her arenas ticket sales are so poor, there’s no way she could do MLB stadium shows solo.

The videos for Seattle and Vegas show packed arenas. And she's charging $300 for lousy seats. I think her lowest tickets are $60.

That may be so (or may not be an accurate representation of ticket sales).

Take a moment and go to the source - go to Ticketmaster. Look at the seating maps for what's actually happening. For example, look at the map for the upcoming Atlanta show:

https://www.ticketmaster.com/stevie-...005E34B2A231E1

The arena can't be 1/3 sold. With even relatively more affordable $159 lower level tickets not selling well.

Note: it is even worse than the TM map shows - it appears that Ticketmaster is holding back every other row in entire sections in the lower level, to make it look like demand isn't as poor as it actually is.

Dismal ticket sales for Stevie Nicks there.

Compare: Bruce Springsteen recently sold out that entire arena in Atlanta, including side stage and behind the stage - which Stevie isn't even selling. At much higher ticker prices.

Oh my goodness... she's charging $1,000 face value for the first row! Wheelchair seating is only available in the first row for $1,000.00 per ticket.

The seat up top of $69.50 comes out to just under $100 with fees and tax.

Her shows are so expensive.

$1,000 seems cheap for what it would take to pay me to have to sit in the first row at one of her shows now.

That has to be the reasoning for the ticket price of $1,000. She doesn't perform a two hour show or a three hour show like Springsteen. And she performs two covers out of a 17 song setlist. For one thousand, those souls in the first row should get hand touches from Stevie!
