He says something about being the "original" O'Farrell. He even speaks fluent Gaelic! No joke. It's bizarre. And his name is spelled "Micheal"...they say it "Me-hall"...I even call him that sometimes when I'm scolding him. Usually when he cooks a ****e dinner and Lisa (our other flatmate) is displeased as well. haha...its an interesting house to say the least.

Well since my mom got married to my dad, he can safely retain that title. I still like to get approval on who is using her family name, though.

For the record, this Michael of the O'Farrells has never cooked a "****e" dinner.

I know what you mean - that pic of me as a baby with my grandma is one of my favorites - she looks so young, healthy and happy -I have another I love in which she's laughing and I'm looking at her in the most loving way...

I've always adored her -and she's always been 100% on mine and my sister's side - much to my mother's chagrin

Aw, dude, that picture is so cute. Do you still have the pics I sent you? I don't want to re-scan all of them.

My grandma practically raised me - in the summers I'd spend every day with her. Now she totally gets my mom in a passive agressive manner with a simple, "I love my girls...they're like my own, I practically raised them..." My mom gets SO mad..I love it
