Marion Barry celebrated his 72nd birthday yesterday with a serenade by Vivica A. Fox (so . . . "Happy Birthday, Mr. Council member"?) at Anacostia High School. His colleagues at the Wilson Building dropped by his office for cake, and there's another party scheduled for the weekend.

Hollywood heavyweights made a stop in Charleston Saturday night to encourage lowcountry communities to come together.

Actress and former dancing with the stars competitor Vivica Fox and her famous friends are in town for a Bailey's Bash fundraiser. The group wants to build a "hope center" where Charleston youth can strengthen their minds, bodies and spirit.

Fox says, "sometimes it takes a village to make sure that we all come together to provide a future for the next generation to let them know that we care."

She will bring even more celebrities to the lowcountry during the July 4th weekend for a humanitarian awards show in North Charleston.

Rumour Mill: A Baby for Beyoncé?

It was only four days ago that Beyoncé was celebrating her marriage to long-time boyfriend Jay-Z at a party in his lavish NYC penthouse, and now OK! has learned that the couple could soon have a baby on the way.

“I've heard that Beyoncé is pregnant from at least two people,” a source close to the couple tells OK!.

In past interviews, the Crazy in Love singer has talked cautiously about her desire to start a family. "You can't rush a man into anything whether it's a relationship, marriage or having children. " Beyoncé has said. "When he's ready he'll let you know."

Even friend Vivica A. Fox can't wait for the happy couple to start a family. "I wish them many, many years of happiness and some babies," she tells OK!. "I think she will be really pretty pregnant, just like J. Lo and Halle Berry."

Keep a look out for a growing baby bump if the rumours hold true.
