I wonder if people even realize how much a small act of kindness or gesture of friendship can mean to someone.
This would be a good spin-off thread, Johnny.

How much qualifies as a little bit?

Fair enough, you don't like it, but does it do you any good anyway?

With my singing voice, the choir excuse would have been as credible as the period one.
And poor you. Hating gym. In Jersey. What a place to be.

Smartass yourself.

I'm sure you figured out what the first bane of my high school existence was, after you read my additional posts.

For me, personally, it started in 4th grade and lasted until, literally, the day I graduated.

You're probably right about middle school being the roughest overall. I just tend to say "high school" as shorthand for the entire junior high/senior high school experience.

You're right, I got it eventually, even I'm not THAT dense. (Hi, Marissa .)
Sorry school was such crap for you. Is there anything you would have done differently, knowing what you know now? (Other than transferring to Jason's school. )

Well, you know Jake...girls can only use the period excuse for about a week a month. It would seem pretty funny if I went into class all the time and said, "I can't do anything...I have cramps" ALL the time. Incessant periods? They wouldn't buy that

Aww... let me hear you sing with your Philly/Wisconsin/Chicago/ Texas accent.

I loved going outside for gym. Do you know where my highschool is? It sits on 295. Down the street. From an refinary.

Poor, poor, pitiful me.

Good. Keep it simple. Don't go mixin' Jersey tomatoes, Georgia peaches, and Texas armadillers.

Just a little FYI...I hate tomatoes I suppose that makes me a bad New Jerseyan and a bad Italian. Oh well. C'est la vie.
