If I had a dollar for every time someone has said that Stevie is a man's name I'd be a lot richer than I currently am.

Seriously though, don't take too much notice about those who criticise your love of Fleetwood Mac. Music is highly personal and at least you have good taste!

LMAO, but it's true. I also would...There are always people saying him about Stevie and I say "Well, it's a girl".
Some week ago, a friend of mine said "Aww, Stevie Nicks I know who he is!" and I said "It's not a boy, it's a girl!" and she said "Yeah, I know who SHE is"
I don't think my friend knows who Stevie is...really...lol

And don't let the other boys tease you. You like what you like, and there's nothing wrong with that. Tell them at least you listen to music that required talent to create.
Isn't that the truth.

Well, even Billboard magazine back in 1975 got Lindsey & Stevie mixed up and had them mislabeled on a full page ad & photo for the then new album.

I'm fond of the BN review that continuously misspelled Stevie's name "Stevi" and called her Buckingham's lady.

But I guess "Stevi" is understandable, since that really was on the BN album. So, the writer can cop that excuse.
