I'd just like to add that it is a real shame that Billy and Rick did not get the proper publicity or credit for their many talents.

I have ALL of Billy's solo albums and ALL of Rick's solo albums (looking forward to getting his latest in a couple of months!) and they are WONDERFUL!

These two guys are EXTREMELY talented and EXTREMELY un-appreciated...at least they have us fans to "spread the word" about their greatness.

The combonation of Rick, Billy, Stevie, & Christine was greatness and I would have loved for that group to have went further.

I agree Adam. I think that lineup wasn't given near a chance to develop like it could have. It's a shame that it was Christine and Stevie who decided to bail from the group not allowing this incarnation to continue.

Thanks for the heads up on THE OTHER SIDE OF THE MASK and thank you Neil for posting it.

I saw Fm on the BTM tour twice....once in July and the other in November...i don't recall "Love is Dangerous" in July but it was definately played in November. I usually bring a recorder with me but i didn't have one for the July show. Anyway, i remember hearing the song on the radio back then more than several times in the NY area. I think they played it as an album track. It was really good live. I also liked how they opened with "In the Back of My Mind". If any of you were at the show you remember how they had that canopy thing that lifted as the song was playing. It was a little suspenseful. You could hear Stevie doing some background vocals during the pre-recorded beginning part of the song. Basically, it's the same spooky beginning that's on the record.

I've heard the BTM rehearsals that Neil has on his website and i think that's one of the best "Rhiannon's" of that time...It almost reminded me of the Mirage tour era. Her voice sounded pretty good. I really like that version....In Albany, NY at the end of the song she kept chanting "it's your life! it's your life! etc etc..." it was great....However, there was a major flub. They started doing "Stand Back" and Stevie comes on stage doing her thing and the intro is really long. She's standing at the mike and i'm not sure if she started singing and her mike was off or whatever but the band goes right into the song and while they're on the chorus part Stevie starts singing the first few lines of the song! Then, she pauses and does it again but the band is still playing the chorus....then, they kind of get quieter realizing what has happened and then they kind of went back to the beginning of the song. Oh my Lord! it was embarrassing. I think the rest of the band thought she was singing and they just couldn't hear her so they carried on...I have it on tape and it's so funny to hear every once in a while.
