I heard it on the radio a few days ago, it sure sounded like Stevie in the background along with Bob, Chris & Lindsey...not so much through most of the song, but towards the end when the chorus is being repeated (and the "round"-like part, where two choruses overlap one another) But, then it could've been another of Lindsey's little studio tricks.

{note to self}: Look up liner notes on album...listen to song again

The French Kiss CD's liner notes are really bad compared to the original album's from what I remember.

Yes I had the orginial album and my little brother destroyed all of my old records (another story). The ORIGINAL MASTER series CD has new liner notes. They didn't list all the stuff Chris did. Which prompted me to ask Bob Welch in his Q&A and he said Christine is all over that album. Too lazy to look right now!

Does "Can't Help Falling in Love" count from "A Fine Mess" soundtrack? I believe Lindsey sings backup vocals as well as plays guitar. And aren't Mick and John on that, too? Not sure about that, but I think so.

P.S. I don't think Stevie is on "Sentimental Lady" either.

I was wondering who'd come up with "Can't Help Falling In Love"

Didn't Christine play all of the keyboards on Mick's I'm Not Me album? ChiliD, do you have the original LP? Are the liner notes specific? All I have is a CDR. Someone is definitely playing piano on some more of the tracks.

I'll have to check again this evening, but I recall that the liner notes are kinda vague.

The notes are vague and wrong in some cases. She is not listed on tracks you can clearly hear her etc.
