Had some sunflower seeds. Waiting for the cat (boss) to leave so the mouse (I) can leave.

^ That sounds divine.

A BLT wrap: lo-carb whole wheat wrap filled with 2 pieces of thinly sliced bacon, 1/2 slice of provolone cheese, 1 Tbsp of "Bacon Tomato Ranch" salad dressing, and tons of lettuce & tomato. Only 6 points, delicious & quite filling.

Trader Joes brown sugar and cinnamon shredded wheat. I swear cinnamon is an antidepressant, the smell always makes me feel good!

My damn tooth broke yesterday so I'm off to the dentist soon. I was eating a Three Musketeers. I thought it was something that came from the chocolate. Ew. But then realized it was a piece of tooth and I had one missing! It's one that had a band on it when I had braces so it had a lot of decay. Plus it is a molar I've had since I was 5 so it's been filled and filled. Ugh. I hope I don't need a root canal but I might. I hate the dentist. HATE IT.
