Default What kinds of guitars did Jeremy Spencer play while he was with Fleetwood Mac

How many and what model guitars did Jeremy Spencer play while with the band?
What other instruments did he play?

This is not a quiz

Well from the excellent Pics from the Photos from 3/70 Hanover show Thread, we see him playing a Flying V

Well, hopefully Jeremy will read this and give us the lowdown himself.

Besides the Flying V, I've seen photos of him playing a Fender Stratocaster.

And, a couple of big "jazz box" Gibsons, that unfortunately I don't know the model name or number.

Gibson ES-175 (w P90 picups)
Gibson ES-120 T
Fender Stratocaster (with a very strange pick-up selector placement...) Can you give us the story about that one, Jerry?
Gibson Flying V (which I believe was sold to Kim Simmonds of Savoy Brown........)
Hofner semi-acoustic (blonde, Kiln House era)

Amps.... Fender Tremolux, ORANGE Matamp, Fender Twin Reverb....

...was a 1958 Fender. I picked it up in Oakland 1968 for $120 when Gerry Garcia took Pete and me around a huge warehouse of second-hand guitars. Yes, the pick-up selector switch was just below the neck pick-up.
It was good guitar, and I had it for about 3 years, but I was never completely happy with a Strat until recently when I picked up a Mexican model (Strat, that is )

Default Annoying PU switch positions

It was good guitar,
This arrangement does mean that you don't have to release the trem ( more correctly vibrato ) arm to let it drop out of the way, in order to change pick ups ,You could even continue to hold the tip of the arm whilst changing Though I assume you never bothered with a trem arm Jeremy -I don't recall seeing you use one ?!
Perhaps this was the reason why Jimi Hendrix used an overturned right handed Strat ,when he could easily have bought a left handed one .!
It's a similar problem with a Bigsby unit on a SG, because of the position of the PU selector switch .Also this switch goes up and down whereas it might be more logical if it went front- back .
