New interview with Fox News.

In case the embedding doesn't work: here's a link.

This whole "no one wants full albums anymore" schtick is really getting old (not to mention it's a bunch of bs).

Lindsey: "You see Stevie and me, probably in a better place than we have been in..."
Stevie: "Ever."
Lindsey: "A long time."

I guess I had imagined that Lindseys studio was in his guest house and not underground. Well, he can go there in case of an air strike -- or meteor.

it's under his garage if i remember correctly. you can see him going down the stairs carrying guitar while One Take is blasting in one of his SWS promo videos

Yes, I was reacting to Stevie saying it was under his garage, hence a bunker.

here 00:37-00:41 he's crossing the backyard (or frontyard or wherever it is?) and going to his "bunker" - http://lindseybuckingham.com/media/videos/12501/16501

Yes! I mean, HOW MANY gazillion albums... ALBUMS not singles..did Adele sell ???

People want GOOD albums, and there just aren't that many out there any more.

Does anyone know the sales figures for the Say You Will album? I mean, how bad were they??

Not sure on exact numbers, but I know it went gold so it's sold at least 500,000 in the US. That certification was back in 2003. And it debuted in the top 3.

It's not outstanding or anything, but it's not like the album completely tanked. But I guess compared to what they were used to selling, it may have seemed like it bombed...

Skinny jeans look bad on any man, but they look horrible on a 63 y/o man.
I'm beginning to think that Lindsey only owns maybe 3 or 5 shirts and jeans each.

Hey Michele,

Do yo think Lindsey took a peek into Stevie's journal?

Wow, can you imagine how much Lindsey has heard about those journals over the last 40 years?

Well, she probably does keep them in a vault now. That's why LB is always complaining that she's not bringing anything "new". I think that if she fell asleep during a recording session, the temptation might be too great to resist. That's why it surprised me so much when she said she gave one of her journals to Dave Stewart to read.

I doubt that the raw prose holds much interest for Lindsey. Just the demos.

Oh, I think he would be very interested. She puts everything in those journals. They are basically her version of "Dear Diary".
