BuckVie's modest success was something I think Lindsey wasn't expecting. And he can't be more happier to have a chance outside FM.

Her attitude towards BuckVie and towards the two Classic concerts was sooo different!

That's my theory.
I agree. Maybe we will get a new BuckVie album instead of a solo work, although it's a bit earlier for a second BuckVie album.

I also sensed the hate last Sunday. I don't want to sound soap-operish but his main problem was HER. I can't believe how some fans don't find it odd that they didn't even stand next to each other for the bows. Every movement on stage is carefully planned and they decided to spontaneously change the bows? No, something's going on and BuckVie is involved.

With Lindsey especially, you can clearly see how much more he enjoys BuckVie. They're both relaxed, and clearly loving it being up there together. A complete contrast to when they're up there with OGB.

It is too early, but maybe another short tour would scratch my itch!

Here's hoping for a UK or an European tour. I'll have to pack and hit the road again!

I love seeing them so happy!

My guess (and I have no idea what I'm talking about) is that the camel's back is broken by Stevie's refusal to do a Mac album.

Imagine paying $1000 to hear "Don't Dream It's Over" instead of "Go Your Own Way"

Fleetwood Mac helped me through a time of heartbreak. 12 years later, they broke my heart.

Same here. Only a guess.. but by the looks on his face... he's done with her and her big bag of bs.

Oh yeah. From things he's said lately and watching these Classic show videos, it seems like Lindsey is done playing nice with her now. The past ten or so years, it usually seemed like Stevie was the one visibly pissed at him while he tried to be sort of neutral and now it's swung the other way around. I think it probably has a lot to do with the album drama.

I'd be shocked if there's another BuckVie album. It was a great one-off that was initially intended to be a Mac album, despite what they tell the press.

There will be more Lindsey solo albums. There may be more from-the-vault Stevie albums. And I do believe -- and certainly hope -- we'll get one more Christine project that pays tribute to her blues roots and/or her songwriting skills.

But since the band will not release an FM album without Stevie, there won't be a Mac album either.

IA with this. After reading her most recent interview where she talks about how she wakes up at 3, I can completely understand why he's fed up. That reeeeaaaaally rubbed me the wrong way. This quote: "Like, are you kidding? I don’t even get up until 3pm and he wants me at rehearsal at 2pm" is absolutely ridiculous. How on earth do Mick, John and Christine not find this annoying? Half of my aunts and uncles are older than Stevie and they all still get up at 9 AM to get their day going just like everyone else.

Because your aunts and uncles don't live in a fantasy world.

I'm happy for them, that they don't.

Mr. Useless comment makes SN come across as a sad, bitter old woman who can't let go of her first serious boyfriend and has to keep throwing barbs at him 40 years later.

that comment takes nothing away from LB, just makes her look bad. yeah some peeps who don't know better might think he couldn't hold a job, but there were multiple people from their lives at the time who said he was making money doing stints like painting people's houses, when he was not a session musician. BN started with him investing that whole small inheritance he received into equipment so they can start making some music.

meanwhile Keith Olsen said SN was so useless in cleaning houses that he just told them to move in with him instead. i'm guessing he then hired someone who could actually do the job.

I wouldn't want to be in Stevie's place right now. Everything she says right now is poisonous. Except when she talks about her friends/teen stars that idolize her/past boyfriends that trash her.

I truly don't understand this viciousness towards Lindsey. Even the 60 minutes reporter couldn't pass the opportunity to remind her how Mr. Useless did get her towards FM.

Anyway, we finally know why she refused to participate in the new album: it's all Lindsey's fault, of course. How on Earth does he dare to ask her to get up before 3 p.m.?

So, there will not be a new FM album.

Not because Stevie has writers block.
Not because "records do not sell anymore"
Not because Lindsey and Stevie have a relationship that is toxic.

No it's because Stevie can't get out of bed till 3pm....3 in the afternoon!!!!
We all like a lie in now and then but that's ridiculous.

He threw some daggers at her direction by some comments he made on the Classic East.

I saw her trying to reach to him many times. And he was having none of it. He wasn't disrespectful to her or anything but he tried to stay away from her. I think that's why she said: "We talk sometimes" when she kept talking and talking to him after Landslide and before Glenn Frey's dedication.

He made his usual introduction of "we are like a family: sometimes we hate each other but the love is still there". And then he started talking about how important it is to still explore your creative side. He made circles around that subject. I don't remember the exact words but that was the idea he was trying to communicate, which I found odd because FM isn't exactly doing that.
For a brief instant I thought he was gonna start talking about BuckVie.
