I don't think when Stevie says "I don't think we'll ever be friends" she means that there is any animosity or bad blood or anything.All the people Stevie does call friends... they're very, very close with her.. sometimes living with her. While I consider someone that I'm friendly with a friend, I don't think she does. So I think when she says that she and Lindsey aren't friends, she just means that they don't hang out all the time (in their free time), they're not going on vacation together, they're not inviting each other over for dinner once a week or talking on the phone every couple of days, etc. Which is understandable for a number of reasons.

I agree. I mean, she has said it before to describe animosity. She's said they were never friends and they never will be, in anger before. I just don't think she means it that way this time in that particular interview. Then, there was that one time where she said she thought she and Lindsey were finally becoming friends, probably around The Dance. But that didn't last

That makes complete sense, that that's what their relationship is actually like. And that's the feeling I get from Lindsey as well. But whether that's what she meant when she said that, I have no idea.
