Things I've said who knows how many times:

"Lindsey Buckingham is not a girl."

"Stevie Nicks doesn't worship the devil....and No, I do not worship Stevie Nicks!"

"MTV had a lot of nerve benefitting from The Dance, since the last video I'd seen them play of FM/solo was maybe in 1993."

"I don't care if Lindsey's hair made him look like Eraserhead."

"No, I don't think SN and LB should get back together. They'd be divorced in less than a year."

"No, I'm not tired of Fleetwood Mac or any member of Fleetwood Mac. Yes, I'm still a fan all these years later."

"I know Lindsey is old enough to be my dad and older than my dad, but Lindsey is still the most attractive guy I have ever seen!"

Also, when I am around people that act in ways that make me not want to be around them, in my mind I say "I don't really see myself working with those four people again".

Lindsey Buckingham's name is spelled with an "e" not an "a".

No, Stevie does not sound like a goat.

I often say, "You know Rumours is not the only album they have, don't you?"

one of the most common conversations when following LB tour:

what brings you guys to our town?

have you ever heard of Lindsey Buckingham?

blank stare.

have you ever heard of Fleetwood Mac?

slaps his/her forehead: ahhhhh, yes of course!!

Things I say/do:

It's Kirwan not Kirwin!

The white Fleetwood Mac album was not their first album, they had 9 others before.

Person: Oh yeah I love Bob Welch! His songs are amazing!
Me: Did you ever listen to any of Fleetwood Mac songs?
Person: He was in Fleetwood Mac?!

"I love hearing Rumours about myself, they're a mystery to me! People who make them up are just hiding behind the mask and can't face their future games" lol

Trying to explain to explain the whole history of the band from start to finish to a non fan and seeing the confused look on their face.

And most of all turning them on to the works of Fleetwood Mac and Stevie Nicks and Christine McVie and so on

The most often thing I say (especially on these boards)

"Dave Walker is brilliant and underrated" (or some variation of such).

Doesn't seem to get me anywhere but I keep trying to convert the masses...

Some things I've said.

"Ya know, Fleetwood Mac did not start with Buckingham Nicks." or "Buckingham Nicks is NOT Fleetwood Mac."

"No, I don't care if Christine McVie is old enough to be my grandmother. I would marry her if I could."

"Just because I ship Lindsey and Christine does not mean I want them to be in a long term relationship. God, no."
