When Christine performs with them in London, I think she should add "Brown Eyes" to the set. It is my most favorite Christine song. Beautiful and mysterious.

I'm almost sure that she'll come out at the end of the show to perform "World Turning" and "Don't Stop" with The Mac. If we're very lucky, the show will be closed with "Songbird" as it should be.
If I only had one wish, I would ask for "Songbird" to close the show. A Fleetwood Mac concert is never quite complete without "Songbird". This iconic song closed every show during Christine's tenure with the band after "Rumours" was released. |

Well....no. March 10, 1977 (a month & a day after Rumours release), San Diego Sports Arena. Final song was Bob Welch's "Hypnotized". "Songbird" wasn't even in the set at all ; although, they DID play 7 of the 11 songs from Rumours.

I don't think the band would want her to close the show. Just my gut tells me that. However, I would die if she did.

I don't think she wants to either. If she does it, she won't want it to be about her. It'll be Don't Stop and maybe also World Turning, predictable as that may be. I will still be DELIGHTED if it happens and particularly so if it happens the night I'm there.

Why
Homeward Bound (would be so ironic given everything) Agree Songbird would be easiest an most expected. If they do Don't Stop I don't see how she couldn't be involved. I mean geezus, it's HER song!! I could see her jamming the accordion on Tusk. |
