I guess I only know her from the show, and I saw nothing wrong with her lips there.

The last season she was on the show she appeared in the first episode and her lips had doubled, if not tripled in size. It was impossible to look at and almost unbelievable that anyone would do that to their face. Maybe you lucked out and didn't ever see it.
I did like her character, and think she has a nice face. But after that, it was car wreck city. One wonders about the sanity of a person who would willingly do that to their face.
