Default Fleetwood Mac and Revolver Studios?

Hello all---

I've got a question or two for all you fans of liner notes.

Does anyone know if or when FM recorded or mixed at Revolver Studios? The band is listed on the studio's client list.

http://www.revolverrecordings.com/clients

I did a little searching and came up empty-handed. Could this mean that perhaps the band has used Revolver Studios and producer Mikal Blue for the supposed new album?

I wouldn't mind that, although Blue's production style isn't all that different from Lindsey's. Blue produced Toad the Wet Sprocket's excellent 2013 reunion album, NEW CONSTELLATION.

Regards,
matt

Well, that's curious. Christine was in that area a few months back so maybe they got together there and did some work at that time.

Any ideas how old that studio is? I notice Ken and Richard are listed as 'Client producers'. If the studio is old then they could have recorded there back in the day. However, those acts on the client list tend to look relatively contemporary which would suggest its not a listing for work that was done back in the 70's or 80's. Ken is obviously listed for production as Colbie has recorded there quite a lot. I can't see why Richard would be listed for production if it wasnt FM related.

Hmmm, interesting

I would be in hog heaven if Fleetwood Mac reunited with Richard and Ken for production of the new album......the Rumours production team reunited would make a the new album a great way to go out.

Other than Ken and Richard, I really cannot imagine Lindsey surrendering production duties to another outside producer. The man's just too much of a control freak.

Well, let's see. I certainly hope it's something contemporary. Cool find anyway! Good detectivework!
