I need help from a German ledgie!

Saw this at www.rickvito.com today:

I, along with the great Roger McGuinn, and my good friend and current bassist Charlie Harrison, performed on this now legenday first-ever-aired German concert tv show back in 1977 as "THUNDERBYRD". Now I am returning for another visit to Rockpalast on Sept. 12 which will film at the Harmonie Club in Bonn, Germany. This show will air in Europe in the Fall."

I NEED to get a VHS copy of this! Are there any German ledgies that can tape this off TV when it is on TV in the fall for me?

I realize the copy you would make would be on the PAL broadcast signal, but that's OK, you could just send it to me that way and I'll get it transferred to the NTSC broadcast signal myself on my end. I'm sure we could work out a trade of some kind.
