Default Rumours Tribute Band

I went to see the tribute band called “Rumours” on Friday night. They are a local band except the ‘Stevie” who now lives in Los Angeles. They played at a nightclub called Kobalt, which is located in a racetrack/video gaming place called Lincoln Park. The club was nice and they had tables set up all around the club. I went with 3 other friends and we choose to sit kind of off to the left side of the stage. The band came on the stage around 9PM. It was funny because I then realize that my seat was right in front of the “Lindsey”. My friends had fun with that one.
They opened with “The Chain” and they sounded pretty good. Not like the real thing but not bad. They don’t look like the band either, which is a good thing. They played songs that Fleetwood Mac does not even play live like: Monday Morning, Little Lies, I Don’t Want to Know, and a hard rocking Tango version of Big Love.
The place was pretty packed but I think that is was filled up mostly by friends and family of the band members.
I took some photos most of which came out awful but here are a few. I also have a few video clips but I don’t know how to post them.

Um no that is the "Stevie".

They are there just to play the band's music. I don't like it when they try to look like the 'real' band members, either. Even Susan's (Stevie's) boots are nothing like Stevie's. The lady who does play Christine's part (Terry, I think her name is) does sort of sound like her. I don't like when Susan really goes overboard with the vibrato, however. It really does make "Stevie" sound like a goat.

Bah! Bah!

Is that keyboard player a woman? It's hard to tell.

Trust me it is a bit much. Yes, and her name is Terry.

Seriously? Do you want to hear more? It is just that it takes me a while to upload them because I have dial-up and if nobody is interested then well why bother?

I can't tell whether Homer wants to hear more or not. He's dry. I need to kick him around a little. But I want to hear more --- if you don't mind uploading. Since you have a slow connection, I'll let you decide whether you want to upload. But if you do upload, I'll download.

Now I need to go offload. . . .

Sounds a little wah wah on the guitar.
I really want to hear what the keyboardist is doing. I don't believe anyone but Christine McVie (and maybe me) knows how to play the Rhodes or B3 on that song...
