Default Landslide being played too fast?

I have noticed that Landslide is being played way faster than it was at the beginning of the tour and in my opinion, feeling a little to rushed. I think it loses something when they do this.

Anyone else notice this and feel the same way?

I actually prefer it this way. The way they were playing it from the Tusk tour up until rather recently kind of dragged it down. It's more like the LP version now.

I didn't want to say anything cause I thought I was the only one thinking this.Yes, since the last tour break I have noticed the rush job on all the performances since.

I know it's impossible with Stevie's voice, but I just love the way they did it on the Tusk tour. Soft, mellow and emotional. Now it sounds like "let's rattle through this as quick as we can so can get to Micks 87 minute drum solo"

Yeah tell me about it. Seems like a rookie just learning how to play the song and practiced maybe two or three times on it and that's it. Don't get me wrong. Lindsey is a brilliant guitarist, and I'm sure he plays it this way for artistic reasons. The last time the song was bearable on stage was on the SYW tour when he upped the speed and played it full band.

I wasn't really paying attention to the speed of landslide but I did noticed the Sevenwonders was slow when the tour started but now Stevie picked up the pace with it.Also I did noticed that SOTM was alittle on the slow side too.Or was it my imagination.LOL................

I noticed this on youtube and thought it sounded more like the white album version.
