Default What song/album got you hooked on Fleetwood Mac?

A mystical song by the name of "Rhiannon" grabbed my full attention, and after hearing it, I bought Fleetwood Mac, otherwise known as "The White Album", in late 1975. Still one of my all time favorite albums.

Tango In The Night in my parents car.
All the songs. I guess the ones that particularly stood out initially would have been Little Lies, TITN, Seven Wonders, Big Love.

"Hold Me," on the radio. Then "Dreams." After that I was hooked and bought everything.

There was a Two For Tuesday radio show on and they played Gold Dust Woman and The Chain back to back. It was February 1993 and I was 10 years old, and have been hopelessly hooked ever since.

I think when I heard Second hand news I was hooked. Dreams was being played to death on the radio but when I heard my sisters copy of Rumors I fell in love with the opening track and then the rest of the album.

Christine's voice is equal to Stevie's.

Sara made me buy an album and find out who FM was. I liked many songs starting from the White Album. I loved Over My Head, SYLM, Dreams ... but I didn't know they were all from the same band. Sara was the first time I said, "Who sings this?? I need to own this." In truth, I was a little kid and didn't really have money to spend on music when the White Album came out, so age could have had something to do with it too. I was a teen with spending money by the time Tusk came around.

Same - Second Hand News was the one...the opening track from my parents Rumours record from listening to it as a child/ teenager. I was also fascinated by the cheeky "lay me down in tall grass...." lyrics as well as the catchy tune

The "Gypsy" video, on heavy rotation in the early MTV era, captivated me and the song "Sara" (full album version!), on heavy rotation on a local classic/soft rock station, had me in heaven as a teen.

Eventually, I worked my way back through to the blues roots of the band. Each period has its own style and something to offer. Christine's "Why" was such a revelation to me and so sadly overlooked.

My fantasy is a joint project with Jeremy Spencer in "Kiln House" mode and Lindsey Buckingham in "Tusk/Law and Order" mode, resulting in an unrestrained riot of creative madness.

It was not a album or song but the Mirage concert on HBO that first aired in January 1983 (I believe). It was like a shot of a drug. I was captivated. The music and mystery of the band. Christine so beautiful, Stevie so mystical and coming off a HUGE year solo, Lindsey with amazing guitar, Mick and the infamous beer drinking while playing, and the pounding bass of serious John. I was hooked ever since. I remember actually writing HBO a letter at age 13 to beg them to replay the concert. (This was 1983 and only rich people had VCR's) HBO was very kind and responded to my letter with a letter. HBO thanked me for my interest and said since the concert was popular, it was surely possible to re-air in the future.
I had caught the last wave of the Mac. I had to wait a half decade to see them live without Lindsey and another 14 years to see them all together live.
But I did have great solo shows in between. Soon after I saw the HBO concert, Stevie's Wild Heart came out and an early date was announced for my city. 11 months later Christine came to town.
