Default "Very Best of" cover shot, John's bass amps...

The "Very best of" cover shot is obviously from the same session as the one on the CD itself (Lindsey in red shirt + leather jacket, Steve in white top + red skirt, etc), but - does anyone have a scan of the original shot before it was distorted to fit the crystal ball?

Second up, what bass amp is John playing through in http://www.buckinghamnicks.net/images/SSFM1975B.jpg ?

Default Ohhhh mama

Wow I've never seen that pic before that you linked to above. Fleetwood Mac really should've made more use of Christine's legs!!! I know Chicken Shack did from the pics I've seen.

I've forgotten the model numbers but he's playing through two different models of "ACOUSTIC" bass amps.

If my memory serves, the smaller top head is an Acoustic 350 and the bottom one is an Acoustic 470. The speaker cabinet is a rear facing 1-18" in a folded horn design.

If those aren't the exact model numbers, at least I'm absolutely POSITIVE about the brand.

thanks, Steve.

Gee, when they came up with 'Acoustic' as a company name, they obviously had no idea how hard it would be to Google or eBay-search for it and not get 90%+ false positives

Hahaha! Nice picture. is Mick smoking a joint there? Maybe he should do that nowadays and get loose in stead of complaining about his handicap on the golfcourse.

I can't believe that nobody had pointed out how smokin' Stevie looks! How rare is it to see Stevie in jeans?

She is working those jeans and that belt! She looks like she could step right off the pages of any fashion magazine on the shelf right now.

Very cool.

If I didn't know this was a 28 year old photo, I would almost swear that Stevie was actually Sheryl Crow.

cool photo! I have a video from around the same time (supposedly Largo,MD, 1975) where they are dressed similarly, it's one of my prized posessions!

~I collect photos of Stevie in jeans, short skirts, or playing guitar, cuz they are more rare.. (have you seen the one of her sitting at a drum kit?!?! )

Mick does look like he's enjoying a spleef!

ha ha! You are right! Well, we all know they are ALL copying Stevie today.

I was thinking more the "Farrah Fawcett" of rock. She and Chirstine could be Fleetwood's Angels. LMAO!

It's a shame that even Stevie doesn't dress like Stevie anymore. Not that I want to see her in THIS particular outfit right now, lol, but.............

nah, I don't even want to go there.

I think Mick is only just drumming. If he was smokin' a joint, I guess he'd have a roadie there holding it for him!

If you don't look real close at the cover you'd swear that Christine is flipping the bird!

There are like.. 3 or 4 pictures similar to this that I've seen. In color and in b&w. It's been so long since I've seen them. Back on the "Old Ledge" we had a huge discussion about finally seeing stevie in jeans. heheheh.

Very cool, indeed.

Default They all look GREAT!!!

I love Chris in the daisy dukes!! YOU GO GIRL!! LMAO!!

Stevie in jeans!! She looks beautiful!!

Lindsey...sigh...GO FRO!!!

I don't think Mick's smoking a joint, his hand looks to be like he's about to hit the drum...and the stick is hidden behind the cymbal. But, that's JMO.

BTW, chilid, PLEASE don't insult Stevie like that!!! I hope you were only kidding!!
