Refusing to record, refusing to tour and holding up the band from touring because of it for almost two year such that Mick goes to Playboy and other media to whine about her not touring and saying he feared it was causing the demise of his band.... NOT fireable offenses.

Hello? The article implies she had a list of issues, including the smirk. The interviewer didn’t seem to ask what else was on that list. Too bad. He was not just fired for the smirk or intro.

And if you read what I wrote earlier this evening in this thread, I said her refusing to record would have made her firing justified, had they decided to do so.
