Default Pitchfork: Watch Lindsey Buckingham Rate ABBA, Alf, and Cocaine

Pitchfork does these Over/Under videos with a lot of people, so it's nice to see Lindsey included. Even though it's a pretty silly concept.

The "Drum Solos" one is interesting, considering "World Turning" would seem to violate Lindsey's rule: "A little bit goes a long way." Love his comment about "Alf" too.

Big difference in hearing a guitar solo with notes etc...then the non stop pounding of drums in a solo. BTW i'm sure LB would not be happy about the unflattering view of his slight paunch he's developing. ha ha

I'm sorry that Lindsey wouldn't directly address the wonders of string cheese. It's essentially mozzarella, isn't it? Love it. Always ate it as a youngster. The idea that you could pull a cool little "string" off your cheese, one at a time, and eat it is the sort of ingenuity that Americans excel at (marketing it that way, at least).

Also mildly surprised to hear his (rather abstract) praise for ABBA. Reminds me of Robert Hilburn's praise for ABBA, voiced years ago in an encomium to pop vacuity. It's a sort of what-they-do-they-do-perfectly approach.

I had no idea Lindsey had such a sense of humor! Alf eats string cheese.

Lindsey goes his own way as always! He doesn't actually say whether any of the topics is overrated or underrated! His comments are amusing, though.
