I LOVE him...but he's a little old I think to play younger Lindsey...maybe Tusk era after the hair was cut to present...

That man really is McDreamy.

He does look enough like Lindsey to play him in a film, but like CADreaming said, he's a little old. I'm saying Out of the Cradle onwards, myself.

Patrick Dempsey is definitely too old to play Lindsey.

While I detest the whole overblown Twilight phenomena... Robert Pattinson could easily be made into a Tusk-Tango era Lindsey:
