there are touts outside wembley - I know it's not ideal or particularly pleasant, but it's a way of getting into the gig.

I'm sorry that this happened to you--what a nightmare.

There are some tix for sale on gumtree--I've always had good luck with that site (we've used it to sell cricket tix and offloaded a lot of furniture when we moved from London).

I am sorry about the tickets. I would keep checking Ticketmaster. If you can't see if a friend can do it for you. If nothing comes up head to the box office and wait for something to come up. While you are there have a friend keep checking TM. Good luck!

I can tell you that I went up to the box office at exactly 4PM the day of the Oct 30 show and they had literally the front row center seat.

Oh my god, I am stricken reading about this, you poor thing!!! I just can't believe that happened. It could happen to anybody! We ordered our tickets pre-sale and they never send them out till a month or so before (we received our's a week or so ago), so we could've just been sitting around, looking forward to the concert in several months time, and then...nothing. And we'd have no idea we didn't have tickets!!

I think the place that did this to you and mucked up your tickets should damn well find you replacement equivalent or better tickets!! It's THEIR fault! Ok, so your card didn't go through, but why didn't they CALL YOU!?!?! They should be liable I think, I really do.

I so hope you managed to get some sort of decent seat...*fingers tightly crossed*

Me too. Kept looking on Ticketmaster all day but didn't see anything show up. I hope you got there as I know how it feels not too - had 3rd row seats for Sheffield but due to illness couldn't go. I'm slowly coming to terms with it now but haven't been brave enough to watch any videos to see where I might have been standing yet.
