Not everybody, just Mick and Stevie. Lindsey would never do that to his band members. On with the show is a testament of his love for them.

Oh, I’m sure we will never hear the whole story behind his “departure”.

The band totally caters to Stevie's plans and tours. If Christine or Stevie did this, there would not be any speculation of replacing either of them for a tour. Why is Lindsey treated different and collateral damage?
1987 Lindsey shelved his solo album to bring Mick out of bankruptcy for Tango
2013 Lindsey agreed to another back to back world tour to welcome back Christine
2016/17 Lindsey tired of waiting for Stevie to join them records with Christine and does a tour
2018 Lindsey asks for a little time to promote his solo album? And the band goes on without him? Replace him?
Give me a break. If any of this is true, its obscene
I hope Mick and Stevie read this because it’s perfect. It won’t make the difference, but still it’s perfect.

Sounds great, right?
All members were contractually obligated to record 1 more album with Warner Brothers before 1982. All members knew the time they had to get back to the studio. The Tusk tour went on for over a year and then 1981 solo stuff. All members (not just Stevie) needed to finish up everything and be in France in early 1982.
If this was not the case, I don't think the band would have cared Stevie had a successful solo album and wanted a few more months to tour. She knew the timeframe and made it work for her the best she could just like the other members.
When she tells a story onstage is because she wants everybody to feel sorry for her and to thank her for everything she had sacrificed for this band.

Rolls eyes...oh right, the stevie hatred. I'm really tempted to compile all of the snide and negative quotes from her in the past 5 years into one sprawling list.

I seriously used to be a huge huge huge Stevie fan and even I can't handle the BS anymore.

I adore Stevie, but if this is true, she will have broken my heart into a thousand pieces, and it will be hard to get over my disappointment in her for her treatment of Lindsey and destruction of the definitive Fleetwood Mac.

However, I have to keep reminding myself we do not know the facts yet; we do not know how much of this is true; we do not have official confirmation of anything.

Remember the enchanted tour when she would explain how nervous she was because she had to do more talking to introduce the acoustic set, which by the way...All of her talking per one enchanted tour show is still shorter than the average current day gypsy intro.

The stories were cute the first time and then it wound up happening two fleetwood Mac tours in a row. Then she completely bloated her 24K set with story time.

When lindsey joked about it and made a sound effect with his guitar, spark flew. That's how little sense of humour she has.

My problem is, I remember the 1997-2001 Stevie and I sincerely miss that part of her. She was funny, humble, and gracious. Anyone who remembers that era is completely lying to themselves if they can't recognize the shift that has happened.

Who would of thought the bitterness would come back with such vengeance so late in the game.

I’m very much pro LB. with that said, asking to go on a solo tour is likely being scoffed at because Mic and Stevie probably consider his BuckVie venture a solo effort.

We also know that LB wanted it to be a full fledged FM album/tour...but when it became a BuckVie effort, did Mic want to tour and get paid and did LB shut him out. That might explain some disdain for being asked to push things back.

Like I said this has been brewing for a while. I don't think she ever forgave him for Say You Will. We never got the whole story on that either (angry words flying across the ocean like some sea birds, never stopping).

She has to hide her lack of creativity somehow.
