Mirage Alternate Takes - 2017 Record Store Day Release

Bought this and the Stevie 10" EP this morning. Both are disappointing - the cover images are not up to par and the vinyl seems flimsy to me. The Mirage Alternate cover is just a swap of the original front/back images, but in lesser quality. A bit of a rip-off I'm afraid.

Exactly the reason why I'm not going to buy it. I was a collector in the past, but I do not own a record player, a functional CD-player or a decent amp at the moment. I stream everything thru my wireless Sonos-system. So I figured why buying an item on vinyl, which I won't use and my kids don't have any clue what to do with it in 50 years :-)

I bought Alt Mirage and Stevie Rarities this morning, been playing them all day. They're 180 gram and don't seem flimsy. Pretty cool collectables. After the Alt Tusk I couldn't resist these!

The album has reached #27 on the UK Top Vinyl Albums chart. This is ahead of Rumours at #37 which is quite something as that's a consistent seller on the Vinyl platform. Just thought I'd share!
