Default Miss Universe and Steve Harvey

Saw this in the headlines earlier tonight.
I'm not going to say what happened. Just
look it up on YouTube.

It's best to see what happened.

If Mr Trump was still in charge.Your FIRED to the crew.He sold it six months ago.

I just watched the clip on YT.

Apparently Steve's mind was somewhere else or got distracted when reading the info.

To bad for all of them.

I also read somewhere that the cue cards were messed up.

I guess I feel sorry more for the young lady than Steve.

How embarrassing would that be???

I think Steve Harvey's very human and honest mistake highlights how ludicrous beauty pageants are, the underlying purpose of judging standards of beauty and talent, and the importance that the media and public put into things like this. For decades, pageants have been a gateway in constantly perpetuating low self esteem in girls who place these "standards" above loving themselves and the bodies they were born with, not to mention keeping the aggravating cycle of women feeling like they have to be in constant competition with each other. I look forward to the day when events like these are a distant and laughable memory.

At first Steve got a little respect for owning up to the mistake.
But then I read today where he'd posted on his Twitter account
that the teleprompter had it wrong. Not to mention misspelling
both contestants countries in that same tweet. Then hurriedly
removing that tweet after someone from the pageant said that
the names weren't on the teleprompter. To protect them from
seeing the winner before it was read.

Women are to blame for these silly shows. They force their
daughters to compete in something they wished they'd participated
in themselves. Much like men who force their sons to play sports
so they can live through them, whether they like it or not.

The moms of this world should reconsider what's really important.
And if it's worth it or not for the price their children have to pay. I'd guess
for most it's not. Competition is not bad in itself, most of us need it to drive
us to be better.

But what do I know, I'm just a dude.

This why Trump should be our next president.

Not to get political on the forum but I agree..................................

I always enjoy his Celeb Apprentice shows. Its 100percent better then Mark Bennett's Shark Tank format.

I wonder if the new Celeb Apprentice with Arnold S will do good with out Mr Trump.
