Heart "Mister Buckingham deserves a medal tonight" *SPOILER*

I loved hearing Mick say that before Red Rover!!! This song sounds FREAKING AMAZING...but ya'll knew I would say that.

I had tears when I listened to it. I'll be a mess at the Texas shows!! I wanna hear that guitar clearly, because it's hard to make it out on the mp3. BTW, A HUGE THANKS to Tiff and Mike for the new songs!! You guys RULE!!

I'm listening to IKINW now... The chorus where they sing the accordion part... It is ...Unbelievable!
I know it sound sstupid, Christy, cause this song is so silly by comparison to RR, but it's close to bringing me to tears that they're not only (a) doing it, but (b) they're doing it so damn well! RR and IKINW are easily the standout additions in my book!

BTW the Madison bootleg of RR, technical problems and all, contains a hidden present for us RR lovers... Just before he finally starts playing, Stevie's still talking but Lindsey is testing the guitar and is playing some loose RR notes. It's not much, but it works for me!
PS Now I'm listening to RR. It has been done pefectly. We are so lucky! Especially 6:45 onwards... the animated way Lindsey is singing and the rhythm of the instruments..it's terrific. The song come finally to life after all these long years as that GOS track!

Arrow Joe...

It's NEVER silly if a song touches your heart and soul. I'm listening to IKINW right now and it ROCKS!!!!!

I think it's really touching for you and Gerald because you guys wanted this song SOOOOOOOO much and he listened to you. I feel that way a little regarding Red Rover.

"DON'T BLAME ME!!!! PLEASE BE STRONG!!! I KNOW I'M NOT WRONG!!!"

IKINW sounds positively rocking. I can't wait to see this. Less than one month to go!

By the way, is it my imagination or does the first part of the solo at the end sound exactly like the solo in Eyes of the World? Did Lindsey forget what song he was on?

Also, Red Rover sounds fantastic. Did it take so long for them to start again because they're using some programmed sounds? Does anyone know if Mick is playing the bass drum or is Lindsey getting that out of his guitar?

I noticed Lindsey is using a slightly difference cadence with the vocals on the chorus. I presume he had to find a more comfortable way to sing it live because the studio version is so out there. Very cool. I would definitely love to get a decent recording of these songs at some point.

Meanwhile, whoever put up the link to the Madison show recordings, thanks very much.

He ends it with the EOTW cadence as well. I was like Hmmmmm. But, it was good if not great. I must say, however and for me, both of them were super novas on Sara. He was so into it. Listen to his guitar in the end minute or so after he vocal. He was sdancing with her and staring directly into her face as she was singing off mic. to him. I swear to you it was electric and you can hear it in his BRILLIANT guitar.

Yes and it's just great that we're in the position to really have the illusion of having influence on our hero. I'm on a cloud today.
