J.J. Cale was one of the greatest guitarists. His "Sensitive Kind" (1975) song appears based on Peter Green's "Black Magic Woman" 6 years earlier (1969).

From King’s blues “I’ve Got A Mind To Give Up Living (All Over Again),” which is considered one of the best guitar solos of all time. He knew nothing about Peter Green (only the name) until one of his students sent him that solo for analysis. Look at his reactions.
