I would say Tusk and Law and Order. When Tusk first came out, I didn't know what to think. It was so strange, so different from Rumours. Then the more I listened to it, the more I loved it. Now it's my favorite Fleetwood Mac album. Same thing with Law and Order. Now, I think it's a terrific but quirky little album. I always love Christine's songs instantly, but I have to work alot harder to appreciate some of Lindsey's stuff. But, his Rumours songs and Out of the Cradle, I loved right away. Then there's Tusk and Law and Order which eventually grew on me. Then there's the Go Insane album(except Slow Dancing), Gift of Screws songs "Come" & "Murrow" and that "Here Comes the Sun" desecration which never did grow on me and I just never liked them at all.

Macfan 57, I wasn't asking about solo tracks, but it doesn't matter.

"Blood On The Floor" from Kiln House

"The Derelict" from Penguin

"She's Changing Me" & "Silver Heels" from Heroes Are Hard To Find

"Eyes Of The World" from Mirage (I really didn't care for it until I saw them play it live, then I listened to the album version with "new ears")

I listened to my Mirage album a lot when it was new as well as the white album and Rumours, but I somehow missed Wish You Were Here until I got the Mirage CD and now it's one of my favorites. Other than that. Closing My Eyes (Peter Green) from Then Play On I found depressing when I was younger and now I really love it (again rediscovered from getting the CD).

I am starting to warm to the Spencer pastiches on Kiln House. I love The Derelict and Did You Ever Love Me on Penguin. I still don't like Tusk, the album. I liked it better at the time in the context of Elvis Costello and Joe Jackson and all that quirky new wave stuff. I think I only have it on CD because I like Sara and It's Not That Funny a bit still. I used to love Buckigham's tracks but lately they actually kind of annoy me. Second Hand News has real memories attached, and Can't Go Back, but I skip his tracks as a rule since I got CDs and it's easy to do so.

Arrow Me..

I used to skip Lindsey's tracks from Mirage, too, but since I re-discovered "Book Of Love" (and it became one of my favorite songs on that album), I started to like "Can't Go Back" and "Eyes Of The World", too. I'm not too partial to "Empire State", though, and I hate "Oh Diane" with all my heart.

I totally agree! Now I just love it for the same reason, because it is so different. It's just great!!!

Talking Song ...to grow on...

Now that Iam more "mature" the heart wrentching songs
I "hated" have new meaning for my life! But Family Man is
too querky! Lindsey took a nice tune and "killed it" with his
double talk and repetitive silliness with the groaning and Mother/Father/Sister???/Brother or whatever he sings!
Iam a Huge Lindsey Fan but he can irritate at times!!!Sky

PS...I have grown to adore watching my video of L&S singing Angel together on one mic....very sweet moment!!!

Nearly everything on albums released between 1968-71, has grown on me.
