Oh...my brand new (and pretty pricey) digital camera with all of my LB concert pics from PA and NY as well as other photos was stolen. I have been extremely depressed and Steve's pictures just made it all a lot better for me- that and the fact that he's such a great friend.

BTW...thanks for asking gretchen. That actually means a lot that someone cared to know.

WOW! Fantastic photos - really nice! What kind of camera do you use? Must have a great optical zoom, cuz the detail is amazing.

Those eyes! *swoon*

Nico - that sucks about your camera.

I feel for you!!!!! I would feel so sick to my stomach that all the beautiful pics were gone, and so pissed as well about the cam! Steve's pics just jet you to the show and let you stand there, right up in Lindsey's space, feeling the vibes roll off him, the power.

Great shots indeed. Thx for posting.

And I'm betting that shirt was a brand new solid black at the beginning of this tour! But for my money, what the guy is wearing is pretty unimportant (but I'm a guy, so I get it ladies) - t-shirt and jeans is a-ok.

I'm still psyched from the Austin show (1/25/07!)----- and all these reviews don't make it any easier! But glad you had a blast - looks like a great crowd.

I could give a crap what he wears as long as he shows up!!

It seems to me that he just switched the only two shirts he travels with anyway. The one he's wearing on stage looks like the one he has worn after the shows and now, after the show, he's wearing the faded black t-shirt and leather jacket he used to wear performing.

Whoa, I could really get used to all this praise....thanks!
Well for all you technocrats out there, I just got a FAB Olympus SP-500 UZ (for Ultra-Zoom), 10x Optical zoom, FAT f/2.8 lens with 6 megapixels and full manual control (but not as nice I believe as the one that poor, poor Nico lost...I feel bad for you! )

What made it more difficult was I had to shoot in all-manual mode, manual focus too (auto-focus sucks in dark conditions), plus I had to shoot at a ridiculously-slow shutter speed, like 1/30th of a second, I'm amazed so many came out as clear as they did (esp. since I had a very, very drunk woman using me as a lean-to, rubbing post & bumping into me for like half the show!)

They were all processed on a Mac, optimized for the web with Photoshop and the web pages were created with the very nice web-site program NVU (www.nvu.com). It's a "Dreamweaver-like" program that's open-source, meaning it's free (yes, FREE!), constantly updated and available for Mac, Windows & Unix. I personally think it rocks! If you can't swing Photoshop, check out the (also-free Mac/Win/Unix program) GIMP (www.gimp.org). Anyway, that's probably more than you wanted to know, but hey, I'm a nerd so what would you expect? Thanks again for all the nice comments, it was a great show that I'm glad I could share a bit from. Cheers!
Steve
