The band sounds good. No surprise there. It's still Mick, John, and Christine. Throw in MC and a few other seasoned veteran players and FM can still sound good. Kudos to Mike for playing some new guitar interpretations. But everything else was the same old same old. Nothing new. Just FM milking the same tired songs over and over again in the same tired old way. BLAH. Maybe they will dig deep into the FM catalog, but I highly doubt it. At best, we'll, you'll get "Oh Well" and "Man Of The World". Beings that they chose to do SHN is even more of an indication that they will stick to the Rumours 5 formula songs. By the way, Neil sucked singing that song. He doesn't have the same kind of angst that Lindsey has when he sings. |
