Default The AMERICAN IDOL Thread.

Anybody else ready for another season, or do you watch? Of course, I am a big fan. I just hope this year is better than last year. They say this coming season is the best yet. We will see....

Chris

I have never voted. Just watched. I think if I really have a favorite this year, I just might.

Trenyce (Season 2) will always be my all time favorite.

I've only voted once. I never can get through.

I'm looking forward to it - but I hope it's better than last year.

Voted once too, for Reuben. I saw a preview of some of the awful auditions on an entertainment show. Oh man, that is the best part of the season!

My favorite part of the show is actually the first part, not because of the horrible singers, but it's where it stars the judges, my favorite part of the show. And I usually just watch the singing ever week in the slim hopes they'll do a Fleetwood Mac song. And sometimes I get a favorite, believe it or not, by favorite last year was the winner, Fantasia. And the year before it was Ruben and Kimberly Locke and also Kimberly Caldwell.

How can you watch all that ****?

Wouldn't you rather see the late, great Carmen Miranda perform that mad sprint of a number "Bambu Bambu" from the 1940 Down Argentine Way starring Betty Grable & Don Ameche? And what about her campiest, ditziest number in The Gang's All Here, "The Lady in the Tutti-Frutti Hat"? And I haven't even mentioned "Yi Yi Yi Yi" & "Chica Chica Boom Chic"!

Carmen Miranda would wipe the floor with all that TV ****.

Turn it OFF.
