On the HBO special she used this shawl to perform Gold Dust Woman and Rhiannon, with her facial espression I'd bet she was singing the slow intro of Rhiannon.

She also wore it during Outside the Rain. I don't think it was Rhiannon. Her typical attire during that song on her solo tour was to wear it draped over her head, as in the Sisters of the Moon performances. But maybe that was different in her non-televised shows that year.

True, Outside the rain on the show was just after Gold dust woman and she didn't change shawl. But since I see no clapper to me it's not Outside the rain.

You mean the castanets? I recall she threw those down at some point so if it is otr then it's toward the end. otherwise, this could be gdw.

It could also be Think About It, which was performed between GDW and OTR.
